
Determining your buying power is key. Here, we pre-approve you for a home mortgage. The Pre-Approval gives your real estate agent the financial parameters to direct your search. It also gives sellers the assurance that you have the resources to buy at the offer price.
Finding the right property can take work. You will tour homes, make offers and eventually your offer will be accepted. Once your offer is accepted and all terms solidified, we will work with you to review loan offers, select loan terms and finalize the loan application.
At this stage, we begin preparing your loan documents for final review. Our goal is to help you gather needed documents and information regarding your employment, assets and the property. We work to get what will be needed upfront to minimize delays.
The Underwriter reviews your loan package, all property information and supporting documentation. After the loan is reviewed, a decision is made. Upon approval, we work with you to gather remaining items, resubmit things requested and clear your loan to close.
After your loan is cleared to close, we will help you prepare for settlement. You will bring any remaining funds to closing, review closing documents with the title agent and get the keys to your new home. Congratulations! You are now a homeowner!
